AOD-9604 + CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin
The CJC + Ipamorelin bedtime stack with a gentle fat-loss fragment in the same vial. Sleep and recovery first, a slow lean-out later.
What it is
This is the CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin bedtime stack with AOD-9604 mixed into the same vial, so one shot covers deeper sleep, easier recovery and a small extra push on stubborn fat. The GH pair does most of what you will feel; the AOD is a quiet helper you will not notice on its own.
The person who buys this is usually fairly lean already, training, sleeping worse than they used to and stuck on the last five to ten pounds around the waist. They want the sleep and recovery of the classic growth hormone pair and the gentle fat nudge of AOD-9604 without drawing from two vials every night. Each piece has a job: CJC-1295 primes the pituitary to release growth hormone, ipamorelin triggers the release without much hunger or stress-hormone spillover, and AOD-9604, a fragment of growth hormone that only acts on fat, adds a little fat burning without touching blood sugar. It makes sense if you would have run both anyway. It makes little sense if you have 30 pounds to lose; a GLP-1 like semaglutide or tirzepatide does far more for that, and nothing in this vial curbs appetite.
Sleep is the first thing, inside the first week: heavier, with vivid dreams, exactly like the plain CJC + Ipamorelin pair. A warm flush for a few minutes after the shot is normal. Recovery between sessions improves by weeks three to four. The fat part is slow and quiet. Nobody feels AOD-9604 working; what responders report is a stalled waistline starting to move again somewhere around weeks three to six at the same deficit, and a tighter look by weeks eight to twelve. If you are not lean enough to see definition change, you will not be able to tell the AOD apart from your diet, and it will not replace a deficit.
The vial is 12 mg in a 2:1:1 split: 6 mg AOD-9604, 3 mg CJC-1295, 3 mg ipamorelin. AOD gets the double share because its working dose is higher than the GH pair's, which is close to full at 100 to 200 mcg. Mixed with 3 ml of water, the Starter dose is 12.5 units (250 mcg AOD, 125 mcg each of the other two) and Standard is 20 units (400 / 200 / 200). Spend a week or two on Starter, then Standard for the rest of an 8 to 12 week run, with 2 to 4 weeks off after. The break is for the CJC-1295 and ipamorelin half, which gets less punchy over months of steady use; AOD-9604 does not need one. Take it right before bed, at least 90 minutes after your last food, because carbs and fat blunt the GH pulse. At Standard a vial is 15 nights, so a 12 week cycle is about six vials. The mistakes: eating too close to the shot, and judging the blend on Starter, where the AOD sits right at the 250 mcg floor its own page recommends. AOD-9604 is also the fussy one to mix: water slowly down the glass, swirl, never shake, and do not inject a vial that has gone cloudy or gelled.
Honest read: each piece has some human data and the combination has none, so we give the blend no formal grade. AOD-9604's human trials used an oral tablet in the 2000s; they showed clean safety, with no rise in blood sugar, insulin or IGF-1, but could not prove meaningful weight loss, and the injected form has never been trialed. CJC-1295 and ipamorelin reliably raise growth hormone in people, and together they release more than either alone. So the sleep and recovery from the GH pair are dependable, and the extra fat loss from the AOD is modest at best.
If sleep and recovery are what you want, buy CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin on its own; it is the same GH half for less money. If you want AOD-9604 at its real working dose of 500 mcg, or in the morning, or for 16 weeks while the GH pair takes a break, buy it separately, because this vial caps it at 400 mcg and ties it to the GH dose. If belly fat is the real target, tesamorelin has the human trials this blend lacks. With diabetes or a cancer history, skip it: the GH half raises IGF-1 and blood sugar even though the AOD does not.
What people use it for
Stubborn fat
Early daysAOD-9604 burned fat in obese mice without raising blood sugar or causing growth effects. Human trials of an oral version in the 2000s were mixed: an early study found a small loss over placebo, and the larger ones did not. In this vial it sits at 250 to 400 mcg, under the 500 mcg people run it at alone, so expect a modest effect that only shows when you are already lean.
Sleep and recovery
Early daysTaken at bedtime, the CJC + ipamorelin half adds to the big growth hormone pulse that comes with deep sleep. Deeper sleep and faster recovery are the most consistent things people report, and they fit the physiology. No trial has measured them for this blend or for the pair.
Growth hormone release
Some evidenceCJC-1295 and ipamorelin each raise growth hormone in human studies, and pairing a GHRH like CJC with a GHRP like ipamorelin gives a bigger pulse than either alone. That part is standard endocrinology. Ipamorelin does it with little effect on cortisol, prolactin or hunger, which is why it is the partner here.
Side effects and blood sugar
Some evidenceAOD-9604's tablet trials are best remembered for what it did not do: no change in blood sugar, insulin or IGF-1, and side effects close to placebo. The GH half is different. It raises IGF-1 and can nudge blood sugar up, so the blend carries the usual growth hormone cautions even though the AOD part is gentle.
