What's new

Every improvement to the tracker, the peptide database and the dosing tools, newest first.

Last updated Oct 30, 2026

    Mixing notes follow your numbers

    Calculator
    • Know before you draw now opens its mixing notes with your setup: the strength your water makes, what each dose draws, how many doses the vial holds at that dose, and about how long it lasts on the peptide's schedule. Change the dose, the water or the vial and it changes with them.
    • Notes written for the database's own water and dose no longer show a number that isn't yours: a water amount reads as the water you picked, and lines like "60 mg is 60 units" or "this vial is two doses" give way to the live line.
  2. Oct 30, 2026

    Sources on every peptide page

    Database
    • Each peptide's research page now ends with its Sources: the prescribing label for approved medicines and the trials, reviews and studies behind the page, about 290 in all. Every link opens the original on PubMed, DailyMed or ClinicalTrials.gov. Blends point to each compound's page, where its sources are.
    • Every peptide page shows when its record was last updated, under the name.
  3. Oct 28, 2026

    Bedtime peptides start at bedtime

    TrackerDatabase
    • Growth hormone peptides like Sermorelin, Ipamorelin, CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin, Tesamorelin and MK-677, and DSIP, now start at 10 PM in a new protocol instead of 8 AM, as their database records say to take them.
    • The protocol builder has a When you take each panel: every compound with Morning, Midday, Evening and Bed to tap, so you set the time before you start instead of finding missed doses later.
  4. Oct 28, 2026

    How the database is made

    Database
    • A new About page says who publishes PeptideHelp, where each record's dose numbers come from, and how records are checked against their sources.
  5. Oct 26, 2026

Log a dose straight from the reminder, and your doses in your calendar

    Tracker
    • Every reminder now says how much to draw and has a Took it button. It opens one screen with the dose and the draw, and one tap logs it, with Undo. Logging late? "Took it at 8:00" logs it at its time. No sign-in needed.
    • On Android and computers, Took it on a push notification logs the dose without opening anything.
    • Add your doses to Apple or Google Calendar from the Reminders page. Each dose shows up at its time with an alert, the draw and a Took it link, so an iPhone gets reliable alerts without installing the app. You can hide compound names, and a new link retires the old one.
  6. Oct 26, 2026

Peptide pages open ready to read

    Database
    • A peptide's research and dosing pages arrive with their text already on them, instead of a loading screen first. It helps most on a slow phone connection.
    • Browser tabs and shared links name the peptide and what the page covers, like "BPC-157 dosage, reconstitution & schedule".
    • The database list and the homepage's most looked-up peptides arrive filled in as well.
    • A PeptideHelp link shared in a message or a post now shows a full preview card instead of a small icon.

    A tougher tracker and calculator

    TrackerCalculatorDatabase

Three rounds of testing as a beginner, a long-time tracker and a shift worker across time zones, and everything they tripped on fixed.

    • The calculator stops you when a dose is more than the whole vial, when the draw rounds to nothing, or when something is missing, and warns on tiny draws, too much water for the vial, and doses far above the database's highest level. The tracker won't start or save a protocol with an impossible draw.
    • Decimals with a comma work: "2,5" now reads 2.5, not 25. Every draw shows a check-it-yourself math line, and syringes over 1 mL say which mark to draw to.
    • Changing units in the tracker converts the dose instead of relabelling it, and HGH Fragment 176-191 is dosed in its own units, not IU.
    • Changing a dose, time, weekday or time zone no longer rewrites past days. Your history and adherence stay as they were, and an Applies-from date lets you choose when a change starts.
    • Time zones: Today follows your protocol's zone, rolls over at midnight and offers to switch when you travel. A dose logged just after midnight counts for the right night.
    • A weekly GLP-1 started later in the day keeps its first dose today, so the first step of the ramp keeps all its weeks. Picking the first step in the calculator tracks the whole ramp.
    • A log that fails or happens offline says "waiting to sync" instead of "Marked taken", and syncs when you're back online. Log and Skip have Undo. Load errors show Retry instead of "Rest day".
    • Missed doses show as missed, with "I took it at…" to fix them. Logged doses show when they were taken, and big stacks get "Log all" for doses due at the same time.
    • Supplies count down from the doses you log, with run-out and reorder-by dates and a warning when a mixed vial outlives its shelf life. Running-low alerts no longer go to people who never entered a vial count.
    • Reminders follow each compound's real dose times with a lead time, fire once when the clocks change, and email you by default, so a reminder reaches you even when push isn't set up. Turn email off per reminder on the Reminders page.
    • Progress groups doses by day with a filter, the check-in journal can be edited, and lab dates no longer show a day early.
    • The cost calculator no longer doubles weekly GLP-1s, and cost per dose is the vial price divided by doses per vial.
    • Bigger touch targets, readable syringe labels on phones, a dark mode that follows your device, and better Spanish, German, Korean, Japanese, Hindi and Turkish wording.
    • Database fix: B12's vial size is 10 mg.

Save your own compounds, and add to a running protocol

    Tracker

Asked for by a member setting up several compounds of their own.

    • A compound or blend that isn't in the database can be saved to My list with its vial, water, dose and days. Next time it's one tap, and it follows your account when you're signed in.
    • Tap a peptide in the list to add it from today. Dragging onto a day still works.
    • Today has an Add button beside the protocol name, so a compound can join the protocol you're running instead of starting a new one.
    • Adding a compound opens its dose sheet first, so dose, vial, water, days and times are set before it's added. It starts the day you add it and gets its own reminder.
  9. Oct 24, 2026

    Weekday schedules in the tracker

    Tracker
    • The Repeat menu now has Mon · Wed · Fri, Tue · Thu · Sat, Mon · Thu and Mon–Fri next to "every N days". Every 2 days now reads "every other day (EOD)".
    • A row of day buttons picks any days you like, without dragging the dose around the week.
    • Save a custom pattern of two or more days as your own preset. It sits in the Repeat menu and follows your account when you're signed in.
  10. Oct 23, 2026

Log, edit and delete past doses

    Tracker

Asked for by members who started tracking partway through a protocol.

    • Any scheduled dose on a past day that wasn't logged now has Taken and Skip buttons.
    • "Log a past dose" records a dose on any day up to a year back, even before the protocol's start date. Off-schedule doses show in the week rail, the day list and Progress.
    • Dose entry takes a unit: mcg, mg, g, IU, or syringe units.
    • Past doses show as you logged them ("250 mcg") with the draw beside them, and the draw follows the dose you actually took.
    • Every logged dose can be edited (taken or skipped, amount, unit, date, time, note) or deleted.
  11. Oct 22, 2026

One reminder email instead of one per peptide

    Tracker
    • Doses due at the same time now arrive as one email that lists all of them.
    • Running-low alerts go out once a day at 10 AM in your timezone, as one message listing everything that's running low.
  12. Oct 20, 2026

    Free public beta

    TrackerDatabaseCalculator
    • PeptideHelp is open to everyone. Every feature, the tracker included, is free during the beta.
    • In a desktop browser the tracker keeps the full site navigation; phones and the installed app keep the compact app bar.
  13. Oct 19, 2026

    Step-up schedules for GLP-1 peptides

    DatabaseTrackerCalculator
    • Semaglutide, retatrutide, cagrilintide, CagriSema and liraglutide have week-by-week titration tables, and the tracker now schedules the ramp instead of a flat dose. Liraglutide draws at its pen strength.
    • Step-ups are kept for GLP-1s and other compounds where tolerance calls for them. Healing peptides and blends use steady tiers instead.
    • The dose field in the calculator and the tracker keeps its unit while you type.
  14. Oct 18, 2026

New retatrutide blends and clearer blend names

    DatabaseSearch
    • New records: Retatrutide + Eloralintide and Retatrutide + Cagrilintide, both dosed by their retatrutide share so the numbers line up with retatrutide's own ladder.
    • The BPC-157 + TB-500 + KPV blend is now Wolverine Plus, with a 30 mg vial as the default. The old name still finds it.
    • Search understands the GLP shorthand: GLP1 for semaglutide, GLP2 for tirzepatide, GLP3 for retatrutide.
  15. Oct 17, 2026

The full calculator on every peptide page

    CalculatorDatabase
    • Each peptide's "How to use it" tab now runs the same draw console as the homepage and Tools, with your saved setups and dose tiers.
    • Peptides with a step-up schedule show the whole titration timetable under the calculator.
    • Oral, nasal, topical and pen forms show their full dosing schedule in place of a mixing calculator.
  16. Oct 13, 2026

    Save your own custom vials

    Calculator
    • A custom vial (a blend that isn't in the database yet) can be named and saved. Saved vials sit at the top of the peptide picker, with their own dose tiers.
    • Fixed: saved setups sometimes opened on the suggested water amount instead of the water you saved.
  17. Oct 7, 2026

Database round two and smarter search

    DatabaseSearchCalculatorTracker
    • Search finds peptides by whatever people call them: brand, generic, research-code and common names on 57 records (Mounjaro and Zepbound find tirzepatide, Wegovy finds semaglutide, Ibutamoren finds MK-677, TB4 finds TB-500, and more).
    • Blends are found by what's in them: "ghk kpv" lists every blend with both. Results say why they matched.
    • The calculator's peptide picker is a searchable A–Z list.
    • 124 claims across the database were checked against sources: 37 corrected, 29 figures we couldn't verify softened or removed, and one consistent hard stop on cancer for every growth-promoting compound. The five weakest pages were rewritten.
    • Breaks now come with a reason. Every record says whether a break matters and why: healing peptides run until you've healed, Semax and Selank take time off when the effect fades, bioregulators run as short courses a few months apart.
    • Mixing water follows the dose: no more water than the draw needs, and small doses stay big enough to measure. BPC-157 now defaults to a 10 mg vial with 1 mL.
    • Short high-dose tiers state their own length, and SLU-PP-332's high oral doses are capped at about four weeks.
    • Signed in, you can make a calculator setup your default for a peptide and save your own conservative, moderate and high doses.
    • Tracker fixes: "3 or 4 times a week, never daily" no longer schedules daily, "once a day" schedules correctly, and a 10-day course no longer stretches to 70 days.
  18. Oct 6, 2026

Every database page rewritten; a new tracker

    DatabaseTracker
    • All 103 records rewritten at three reading levels: what to expect and when, common mistakes, how long a vial lasts, who should skip it, and the better-proven alternative.
    • 105 conflicts between dosing sources were worked through one by one so each record gives one set of numbers.
    • New records for oral BPC-157 and oral KPV tablets.
    • The tracker was redesigned: a week rail, your next dose with the syringe drawn to the line, a dose log, streak and adherence, and a month calendar.
    • The Protocol Builder tray is now "My peptides": your own shortlist that you can search, reorder and trim.
  19. Oct 5, 2026

    Nine new peptides

    DatabaseCalculator
    • New records: Cardiogen, Cortexin, HNG (S14G-Humanin), KLOW PRO, MitoStack, NAD+ + MOTS-c + 5-Amino-1MQ, Selank + Semax, Thymulin and Wolverine Max.
    • Blends whose ratio changes with vial size are handled per size in the calculator and the tracker.
    • The dose picker takes any amount you type, not just the presets.
    • Updated dosing for KLOW (2.5 mg daily, 4 mg for acute use) and MOTS-c (0.5 to 1 mg daily, or 3 mg two to three times a week).
  20. Oct 4, 2026

    Rebuilt around four questions

    CalculatorDatabaseTracker

How much water, how much to draw, how often, and for how long.

    • The homepage is a dosing instrument: pick a peptide and the calculator answers the four questions with live numbers on a real insulin syringe, including each blend component's share of the dose.
    • Every number comes from the reviewed database. The AI advisor is retired.
    • Mixing water follows easy math (10 units = 1 mg wherever the vial allows) with real vial sizes, a vial-capacity picker, and your COA's tested amount when it differs from the label.
    • The database is a full ledger with search, category tabs and filters.
    • The tracker's builder is a canvas: drag peptides onto a week, tap one to set its dose, syringe, vial and schedule. Blend doses show each component.
