Terms of Use

The agreement between you and PeptideHelp. Plain summary first, full text below.

Last updated 2026-10-04

1. Who we are and what these terms cover

Peptide Help (the "Service") is operated by Research Info Group, LLC, doing business as Peptide Help ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of peptidehelp.com, the Protocol Tracker web app, the dose and reconstitution tools, the protocol builder, the peptide database, community experiences, vendor product-education emails and pages, and every other feature we offer.

By creating an account, ticking the agreement box, or using any part of the Service, you accept these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Medical Disclaimer and Safety Guide, which are part of these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Not medical advice

Everything on the Service is general educational information. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a prescription, and it is not a substitute for the judgment of a licensed physician, pharmacist, or other qualified clinician who knows your health history.

Dosing ranges, schedules, reconstitution math, titration patterns, and protocol templates describe what is commonly reported in published literature and user experience. They are not recommendations for you. The right dose for a given person, if any, can only be determined by a clinician.

The Protocol Tracker records what you choose to do. It does not tell you what to do. Reminders, countdowns, adherence scores, and streaks are convenience features, not clinical instructions.

No doctor-patient, pharmacist-patient, or other professional relationship is created by using the Service. Never delay seeking, or disregard, professional medical advice because of something you read here.

3. Assumption of risk

Peptides, including those described on the Service, may be unapproved for human use, compounded, imported, mislabeled, contaminated, or sold as research chemicals. Their safety, purity, dose, and effects are often not established. Risks include but are not limited to:

  • Allergic and hypersensitivity reactions, including anaphylaxis, which can be fatal without immediate emergency treatment.
  • Injection-site infection, abscess, bleeding, nerve injury, and tissue damage, including from non-sterile technique or contaminated product.
  • Dosing and reconstitution errors, including overdose from unit confusion between milligrams, micrograms, international units, and syringe units.
  • Drug interactions and interactions with existing conditions, including heart, kidney, liver, thyroid, blood-sugar, blood-pressure, cancer, mental-health, and pregnancy-related conditions.
  • Unknown long-term effects, hormonal disruption, and effects that are not described anywhere on the Service.
  • Legal risk. Possession, importation, or use of some peptides may be unlawful where you live.

You acknowledge these risks and agree that any decision to obtain, reconstitute, inject, or otherwise use any substance is made solely by you, in consultation with a licensed clinician, and entirely at your own risk. You, not us, are responsible for verifying any information before acting on it.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. By using it you represent that you are. We may suspend or delete an account we believe belongs to someone under 18.

You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you, including laws about obtaining, possessing, importing, and using peptides or other substances.

5. Your account

Keep your password confidential and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. You are responsible for activity under your account.

We may require admin approval before an account can use the Service during early access, and may decline or revoke approval for any reason.

We keep a record of when you accepted these Terms and which version you accepted. When we change these Terms materially, we will ask you to accept the new version before you continue using the Service.

6. Premium membership, payments, and points

Some features require a paid Premium membership billed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and we do not prorate or refund partial periods except where the law requires.

We may grant free Premium time for referrals, contributions, or at our discretion. Reputation points have no cash value, are not transferable, and may be adjusted or removed if we believe they were earned improperly.

Prices and features may change. We will give reasonable notice of price changes to existing subscribers.

7. Community content and experiences

The community lets members post personal accounts of their own experiences. These are individual anecdotes, not evidence, not endorsements, and not advice. We do not verify them. A post describing a dose or outcome does not mean that dose or outcome is safe or typical.

By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, reproduce, translate, excerpt, and distribute your content on and in connection with the Service. You keep ownership. You represent that your post is your own honest experience, that you are not being paid by a vendor to promote a product unless you disclose it, and that you are not practising medicine.

You may not post content that is unlawful, defamatory, that sells or links to sources for substances, that promotes dangerous dosing, that contains another person's private information, or that impersonates anyone. We may hold, edit, remove, or refuse any content, and may warn, time out, suspend, or ban accounts, at our discretion.

Some contributors are compensated by us for writing about their own experience. Compensation is for the time spent writing, not for the content of the opinion, and is disclosed with a badge.

8. Vendor product-education tools

We offer vendors tools to send product-education emails and hosted pages to their customers. We do not sell peptides, do not endorse any vendor, and are not a party to any transaction between you and a vendor. Listing or mention of a vendor on the Service is not a recommendation. Vendors are solely responsible for their products, their claims, and their compliance with the law.

9. Acceptable use

  • Do not use the Service to practise medicine, to prescribe, or to give individualised dosing instructions to others.
  • Do not scrape, bulk-download, or redistribute the peptide database or dosing data without written permission.
  • Do not attempt to access other users' data, bypass security, or interfere with the Service.
  • Do not upload malicious code or use automated means to access the Service except through interfaces we publish for that purpose.

10. Intellectual property

The Service, including its text, data, design, code, tools, and trademarks, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright and other laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. All other rights are reserved.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT ANY INFORMATION, DOSE, CALCULATION, SCHEDULE, OR REMINDER IS CORRECT, SAFE, OR SUITABLE FOR YOU, OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, OR ERROR-FREE. CALCULATIONS CAN CONTAIN ERRORS; ALWAYS CHECK THEM YOURSELF AND WITH A CLINICIAN BEFORE ACTING.

12. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE AND OUR OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, CONTRIBUTORS, AND LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY PERSONAL INJURY, ILLNESS, DEATH, LOSS OF DATA, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR TO ANY SUBSTANCE YOU OBTAIN OR USE, HOWEVER CAUSED AND UNDER ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY, EVEN IF WE WERE ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE OR (B) FIFTY US DOLLARS.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations. In those places, our liability is limited to the fullest extent the law allows.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless us and our owners, officers, employees, contractors, and contributors from any claim, loss, liability, damage, or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your use of the Service, your use of any substance, your content, or your breach of these Terms or of any law.

14. Dispute resolution and arbitration

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR RIGHTS.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service that cannot be resolved informally will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its consumer rules, rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court. The Federal Arbitration Act governs this clause.

YOU AND WE EACH WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION, CLASS ARBITRATION, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. The arbitrator may award relief only to the individual party seeking it.

You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing legal@peptidehelp.com within 30 days of first accepting these Terms, with your account email and a clear statement that you opt out. Opting out does not affect any other part of these Terms.

Before starting arbitration, the party with the claim must send the other a written notice describing it and give 60 days to resolve it informally.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Subject to the arbitration clause, the state and federal courts located in Texas have exclusive jurisdiction.

16. Changes, suspension, and termination

We may change the Service or these Terms at any time. Material changes to these Terms take effect when you accept the new version, or 30 days after we post them if you continue to use the Service without being prompted. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for any reason, including breach of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard. Sections 2, 3, 7, and 10 through 17 survive termination.

17. General

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Medical Disclaimer, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a term is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them to a successor. Notices to you may be sent to your account email.

18. Language

The Service is offered in several languages for convenience. The English version of these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Medical Disclaimer is the governing text. If a translation conflicts with the English version, the English version controls.
