Staying safe
Things people sometimes notice
- A warm flush or brief head rush for a few minutes after the shot
- Heavier sleep and vivid dreams
- Mild water retention or puffy hands in the first weeks
- Redness or itching where you inject
- An occasional headache or light head in the first week
Stop and get help if (trouble breathing or swelling: call 911)
- Hives, swelling of the face or lips, or trouble breathing
- Numb or tingling hands that do not clear by midday, a sign the GH dose is too high
- Joint or ankle swelling that keeps building rather than settling
- Fasting blood sugar climbing on a home meter
Talk to your doctor first, especially if
- You have diabetes or prediabetes; the GH half lowers insulin sensitivity even though the AOD does not
- You have cancer now or have had it. These peptides push growth and repair signals, so this is a hard stop, not a judgment call.
- You take thyroid medicine or corticosteroids, which interact with GH release and can need rechecking
- You have a history of an eating disorder; a fat-loss blend is the wrong place to put that energy
- You are pregnant, nursing or trying to conceive; there is no data
Mixing it
Here is the math for a 12 mg vial mixed with 3 ml of bacteriostatic water.
Let the vial reach room temperature and wipe both vial tops with an alcohol swab.
Draw 3 ml of bacteriostatic water into the syringe.
Push the water in slowly against the side of the glass, not onto the powder.
Swirl gently until dissolved, do not shake.
Store it in the fridge. Once mixed it stays good for about 3 to 4 weeks.
