Sermorelin + GHRP-2 Blend dosage and reconstitution
The old-school growth hormone stack in one vial. Cheap and it works, but the GHRP-2 half makes you hungry and nudges cortisol.
Staying safe
Things people sometimes notice
- Real hunger within the hour after the shot, which is the GHRP-2 half working
- A flush and warmth for a few minutes after dosing
- Redness or a small bump where you inject
- Mild water retention and tingly hands in the first two weeks at the higher tiers
- Heavier sleep and an occasional morning headache
Stop and get help if (trouble breathing or swelling: call 911)
- Numb or tingling hands that do not clear by midday, or swelling that keeps building
- Lower libido, nipple tenderness, or (in men) breast swelling; that is prolactin, stop and let it settle
- Heart fluttering or chest discomfort
- Hives, swelling of the face or lips, or trouble breathing
Talk to your doctor first, especially if
- You have cancer now or have had it. These peptides push growth and repair signals, so this is a hard stop, not a judgment call.
- You have diabetes or prediabetes; growth hormone and the GHRP-2 cortisol bump both push blood sugar up
- You have high prolactin or take medicines that raise it; GHRP-2 adds to it
- You take thyroid replacement; growth hormone can shift your requirement
- You are pregnant, nursing, or trying to conceive
Mixing it
This blend arrives as a dry powder you mix with bacteriostatic water before the first use. Because it holds two peptides, the math depends on the vial's labeled amount of each. Use the calculator for your exact vial. The example below assumes a vial with 5 mg of each peptide mixed with 2 ml of water, taking 100 mcg of each.
Let the vial reach room temperature and wipe both tops with an alcohol swab.
Draw bacteriostatic water per your vial size and add it slowly down the side of the glass.
Swirl gently until dissolved. Do not shake.
Time doses before bed or away from meals, since GHRP-2 raises appetite.
Keep refrigerated. Once mixed, use within about 3 to 4 weeks.
