MK-677 dosage and reconstitution
A nightly pill that raises growth hormone and IGF-1 all day. Deeper sleep, easier size; respect the hunger, water and blood sugar.
Taken by mouth.
Studies kept IGF-1 raised for a year, so the break is less about it wearing off and more about blood sugar: fasting glucose and insulin creep up the longer you stay on. Check them, and if they are climbing, take a few weeks off.
Staying safe
Things people sometimes notice
- Hunger an hour or two after the dose, strong enough to wake you if you dose too early
- Water retention: a softer face and tight rings in the first two or three weeks
- Grogginess or vivid dreams; some people switch to a morning dose
- Tingling or stiff hands in the morning, a sign the dose is high for you
Stop and get help if (trouble breathing or swelling: call 911)
- Constant thirst and peeing a lot, which can mean blood sugar is running high
- Swelling that does not settle after three weeks, or swelling in the legs
- Shortness of breath, especially lying down, or a racing heart
Talk to your doctor first, especially if
- You are prediabetic, diabetic or insulin resistant: it raises fasting glucose, and you need numbers before and during
- You have any heart condition, because fluid retention and the heart failure signal in one trial make it a real risk
- You have cancer now or have had it. These peptides push growth and repair signals, so this is a hard stop, not a judgment call.
- You take insulin or other blood sugar medicines, which may need adjusting
Mixing it
