Staying safe
Things people sometimes notice
- Strong hunger 20 to 30 minutes after a shot
- A warm flush or brief head rush
- Water retention and puffier hands in the first two weeks
- A little redness where you inject
Stop and get help if (trouble breathing or swelling: call 911)
- Hives, swelling or trouble breathing
- Tingling or numbness in the hands that does not pass, a sign of too much GH signal
- Swelling that keeps building week over week
Talk to your doctor first, especially if
- You have diabetes or prediabetes; GH and the small cortisol bump both push blood sugar up
- You have cancer now or have had it. These peptides push growth and repair signals, so this is a hard stop, not a judgment call.
- You have high blood pressure that is not controlled; water retention makes it worse
- You are pregnant, nursing or managing a hormone condition; no data
Mixing it
Here is the math for a 5 mg vial mixed with 2 ml of bacteriostatic water, taking a 100 mcg dose.
Bring the vial to room temperature and clean the top.
Add 2 ml of bacteriostatic water slowly.
Swirl gently, do not shake.
Take on an empty stomach. Expect hunger within about 30 minutes.
Store in the fridge. Use within about 3 to 4 weeks once mixed.
