Staying safe
Things people sometimes notice
- Hunger about an hour after each shot, strong enough to plan meals around
- A warm flush or a light head in the first ten minutes
- Puffiness and water weight in the first couple of weeks, especially stacked with CJC-1295
- A small sting or redness at the injection site
Stop and get help if (trouble breathing or swelling: call 911)
- Tingling or numb hands that last into the day, a water-retention and carpal tunnel sign
- Nipple tenderness or puffiness, which points to prolactin
- Hives or swelling of the face or lips
Talk to your doctor first, especially if
- You have diabetes or prediabetes: GH pulses reduce insulin sensitivity, so get a fasting glucose first
- You have cancer now or have had it. These peptides push growth and repair signals, so this is a hard stop, not a judgment call.
- You have had prolactin problems or gynecomastia, which higher doses can aggravate
- You have an anxiety disorder or a cortisol-related condition, because larger doses raise cortisol
Mixing it
Here is the math for a 5 mg vial mixed with 2 ml of bacteriostatic water, taking a 100 mcg dose.
Bring the vial to room temperature and clean the top.
Add 2 ml of bacteriostatic water slowly.
Swirl gently, do not shake.
Take on an empty stomach, often before bed.
Store in the fridge. Use within about 3 to 4 weeks once mixed.
