CJC-1295 (No DAC) dosage and reconstitution
The short-acting half of the classic GH pair. 100 mcg at bedtime, fasted, with ipamorelin; a bigger shot than that is wasted.
Staying safe
Things people sometimes notice
- A warm flush or red face for a few minutes after the shot
- Redness or a small itchy bump at the injection site
- Vivid dreams and grogginess the first few mornings
- Mild water retention or puffy hands in the first weeks
Stop and get help if (trouble breathing or swelling: call 911)
- Numb, tingling or painful hands and wrists (carpal tunnel signs) that do not ease within a few days
- Blood sugar running high on a home meter, or new excessive thirst and urination
- Swelling that keeps building rather than settling
- Signs of an allergic reaction
Talk to your doctor first, especially if
- You have diabetes or prediabetes, since GH pushes blood sugar up and your readings can shift
- You have cancer now or have had it. These peptides push growth and repair signals, so this is a hard stop, not a judgment call.
- You take thyroid medicine or corticosteroids, which interact with GH release and can need rechecking
- You are pregnant, nursing, or under 25 with growth plates possibly still open
Mixing it
Here is the math for a 5 mg vial mixed with 2 ml of bacteriostatic water.
Let the vial reach room temperature and wipe both vial tops with an alcohol swab.
Draw 2 ml of bacteriostatic water into the syringe.
Push the water in slowly against the side of the glass, not onto the powder.
Swirl gently until dissolved, do not shake.
Store it in the fridge. Once mixed it stays good for about 3 to 4 weeks.
