SLU-PP-332 dosage and reconstitution
An oral exercise-mimic that switches on the same fat-burning program a run does, in mice. No human data; sublingual, start at 1 mg.
Taken by mouth.
Experimental, with no human data. Run 4 to 12 weeks at 1 mg, but keep the 20 to 60 mg tablet range to about 4 weeks: there is no safety data at those doses, and it acts on heart-muscle metabolism. Then stop and see what held before deciding on another run.
Staying safe
Things people sometimes notice
- Nothing noticeable, especially at 1 mg
- Feeling warm or slightly wired in the first hour
- Mild stomach upset from the tablet
Stop and get help if (trouble breathing or swelling: call 911)
- A racing heart, palpitations or chest discomfort
- Hives, swelling or trouble breathing
- Any strong reaction you cannot explain, since there is no human safety data to compare it to
Talk to your doctor first, especially if
- You have a heart rhythm problem or heart disease; ERR activation affects heart muscle metabolism and nobody has studied that in people
- You take diabetes or thyroid medicine; it shifts fuel use in ways that could interact
- You are pregnant, nursing or trying to be; no data
Mixing it
There is nothing to mix. SLU-PP-332 is taken by mouth and held under the tongue (sublingual) until it dissolves, because it is hard to dissolve for injection. Tablet strengths vary by seller, so read the label before your first dose.
Check the strength on the label before the first dose.
Start at 1 mg once a day, held under the tongue until it dissolves, before training.
Run it two weeks before deciding whether to go up, and move in steps, not leaps.
Run it 4 to 12 weeks at 1 mg (about 4 at the higher doses), then stop and see what held, and take nothing else new at the same time.
Store the bottle closed, cool and dry, per the label.
