SLU-PP-915
Not yet. The pill-form successor to SLU-PP-332, tested only in mice, with no dose we can stand behind. For the idea itself, use 332.
What it is
SLU-PP-915 is the newer, by-mouth successor to SLU-PP-332, and for now it is a lab compound, not something to take. There is no human data and no dose we can stand behind; if you want to try an exercise mimetic, SLU-PP-332 is the one with a starting dose.
What it is: a small molecule, not a peptide despite how it is sold, made by the same research group as SLU-PP-332 to do the same job when swallowed. Both switch on the ERRs, receptors that tell muscle cells to build more mitochondria and burn more fat, roughly what steady cardio does. In mice, 915 improved running endurance and turned on the same genes exercise does, and in a mouse model of heart failure this family of compounds helped the heart pump better. That is the whole published case. The fat-loss results people quote for it came from SLU-PP-332.
Why there is no dose: nobody has given it to a person in a study. The mouse doses were set per kilogram of body weight and do not convert to a human dose without data on how a person absorbs and clears it, and none exists. There is no safety testing either. Any number on a vendor page is a guess, and scaling a mouse dose to your own weight is the mistake to avoid. The grade is animal 1, human 0, and the animal column is a handful of papers.
What to do instead: if you want the exercise-mimetic experiment, SLU-PP-332 has more mouse data, the fat-loss results, and a community starting dose of 1 mg once or twice a day, by mouth or under the tongue, with 20 to 60 mg as the high end. Run it alone, short and before training, and watch your resting heart rate. If you want something with more behind it, MOTS-c is the better-studied endurance peptide, and for fat loss 5-Amino-1MQ or a GLP-1 is the realistic choice. Check back on 915 when a human study is published.
What people use it for
Endurance
Early daysIn mice, oral SLU-PP-915 improved running capacity and switched on the same gene programs that exercise does. That is the main published result. Nobody has tested whether any of it happens in a person, at any dose.
Fat loss (a borrowed claim)
Early daysThe fat-loss and metabolic results quoted in sales copy came from SLU-PP-332 in obese mice. No fat-loss study of 915 exists. If fat loss is the goal, this is the wrong page.
Heart function
Early daysIn a mouse model of heart failure, these ERR activators improved how well the heart pumped, by helping heart muscle burn fat for fuel. It is a lab finding with no human follow-up. For anyone with a heart condition, an unknown effect on how the heart uses fuel is a reason for caution.
How people use it
Safety, in brief
Things people sometimes notice
- Unknown; no one has given it to people in a study
- Users of SLU-PP-332 report a lower resting pulse and feeling warm, which may or may not carry over
- No published human or toxicology data of any kind
The full picture — stop signs and who should talk to a doctor first — is on the dosing guide.
