HGH Fragment 176-191 dosage and reconstitution
The fat-burning tail of growth hormone, sold as 'fat loss without the growth.' Mild at best; its tested cousin barely moved the scale.
Staying safe
Things people sometimes notice
- A small red bump or sting at the injection site
- A mild headache or queasiness on an empty stomach for some
- Nothing you can feel, which is the normal experience
- No visible effect without a deficit and training
Stop and get help if (trouble breathing or swelling: call 911)
- Hives, rash or swelling of the face or lips
- Thirst and frequent urination, a high blood sugar sign worth taking seriously while the fragment's blood-sugar effect is unsettled
- Any new symptom that worsens over a week
Talk to your doctor first, especially if
- You have diabetes or prediabetes, because tail fragments of GH have shown some blood-sugar-raising activity
- You have cancer now or have had it. These peptides push growth and repair signals, so this is a hard stop, not a judgment call.
- You are pregnant, nursing or trying to be; there is no data
- You compete in tested sport; it is on the WADA list
Mixing it
The fragment comes as a dry powder you mix with bacteriostatic water before first use. People inject it fasted, since insulin from a recent meal can blunt fat-burning. Use the calculator for your exact vial size.
Let the vial reach room temperature and wipe the top with an alcohol swab.
Add bacteriostatic water slowly, aiming at the side of the glass.
Swirl gently until dissolved. Do not shake.
Inject fasted, ideally a couple of hours after eating or first thing in the morning.
Store in the fridge and use within a few weeks once mixed.
