5-Amino-1MQ dosage and reconstitution
Blocks an enzyme that slows fat burning as you age. A modest fat-loss helper that stacks under a GLP-1. Mouse data, almost no human.
Staying safe
Things people sometimes notice
- Nothing noticeable at all, which is normal
- Mild stomach upset in the first week
- Slightly more energy or restlessness in the afternoon for some
Stop and get help if (trouble breathing or swelling: call 911)
- Hives, swelling or trouble breathing after a dose
- Racing heart or chest discomfort, especially if you also take stimulant fat burners
- Any reaction that spreads or gets worse over two days
Talk to your doctor first, especially if
- You take diabetes medicine; NNMT inhibition may shift glucose handling and your dose may need checking
- You are pregnant, nursing or trying to be; there is no safety data at all
- You have liver or kidney disease; how this compound is cleared in people has not been studied
Mixing it
Here is the math for a 10 mg vial mixed with 1 ml of bacteriostatic water, taking a 1 mg dose.
Let the vial reach room temperature and wipe the top with an alcohol swab.
Draw 1 ml of bacteriostatic water into the syringe.
Push the water in slowly against the side of the glass, not onto the powder.
Swirl gently until dissolved, do not shake.
Store it in the fridge. Once mixed it stays good for about 3 to 4 weeks.
