Wolverine Plus

BPC-157, TB-500 and KPV in one vial, one shot a day: the Wolverine stack plus an anti-inflammatory, for hot, angry, slow injuries.

What it is

Wolverine Plus is the healing stack for an injury that is inflamed as well as damaged: a swollen knee, a gut that flares, a shoulder that is sore and hot. BPC-157 handles the specific spot, TB-500 handles the whole body, and KPV turns the inflammation down so the first two can work. One vial, one daily shot, the same dose from day one.

Who reaches for it: someone whose injury is not just slow but inflamed. A knee that swells after every session, a tendon that is warm to the touch, a gut that flares alongside a joint problem, or skin that reacts to everything. Also people who want the BPC-157 + TB-500 pair but hate juggling two vials and two schedules. The vial is 30 mg, 10 mg of each, equal parts; some vendors sell the same 1:1:1 blend as a 45 mg Tri-Heal vial, 15 mg of each. Each component does a different job: BPC-157 drives repair at the specific site and in the gut, TB-500 works body-wide on cell migration and flexibility, and KPV, the anti-inflammatory tail of a natural hormone, calms the immune signaling that keeps an injury angry. Equal parts is deliberate; at the standard tier every component lands in its own normal daily range.

What you notice, in order: the KPV effect first, as the hot, swollen quality of the injury settles over the first week or two. Then, weeks two to four, easier movement and less stiffness from the TB-500, which in a blend is dosed daily in small amounts rather than in big twice-weekly shots. Actual tissue repair, the tendon that stops hurting under load, is a week four to eight story. Gut symptoms often improve early. It will not fix a full tear, it is not a painkiller, and if your injury is purely mechanical and not inflamed, you are paying for a third ingredient you do not need.

How people run it: one subQ shot a day, near the injury if there is one spot, in the belly if it is everywhere, at the same dose from day one. Nothing in the vial needs a ramp; these are healing peptides, not GLP-1s, and the common mistake with BPC-157 and TB-500 is underdosing, not starting too high. Standard is 2.5 mg of blend a day, 25 units from a 30 mg vial in 3 ml, which is about 830 mcg of each: a proper BPC-157 dose, about 5.8 mg a week of TB-500 (under its loading ceiling) and a solid KPV dose. Gentle is 1.5 mg a day, 500 mcg of each, for a smaller person, a minor injury or a first vial. Acute is 4 mg a day, about 1.3 mg of each, for the first week or two of a fresh, hot, swollen injury; the TB-500 share runs past its loading ceiling there, so drop back to Standard once the heat settles. Cost reality: at Standard a 30 mg vial lasts 12 days, so a six-week course is three or four vials, and each mixed vial is used up well inside its three-to-four-week life. The classic mistakes are running it at a token dose and calling it useless at week two. Run it until the injury settles, four to eight weeks for most, and keep going rather than taking a break if it is still healing.

Evidence: each component has real animal data for its job, BPC-157 on tendon, muscle and gut, TB-500 on tissue repair and cell migration, KPV on inflammatory signaling in gut and skin models, and each has its own page with that story. This exact three-way blend has never been trialed in people or animals, so the combination is logic, not evidence, and the zeros on this page's evidence grade mean exactly that. The logic is reasonable: three mechanisms that barely overlap, each at a dose it works at alone.

Skip it if your problem is one tendon with no swelling; BPC-157 alone is cheaper and more targeted. If you want body-wide recovery without the inflammation angle, BPC-157 + TB-500 is the classic and costs less per mg. If skin and collagen matter as much as the injury, KLOW swaps in GHK-Cu. If the gut is the main problem, KPV alone, or the BPC + KPV blend, gets you there with less. Anyone with a cancer history should skip this and every TB-500 blend; it grows blood vessels and moves cells, which is tumor biology.

What people use it for

Tendon, muscle and gut (the BPC-157 share)

Early days

BPC-157 has a deep animal literature on tendon-to-bone healing, muscle repair and gut lining protection, with almost no human trials. In this blend it is the component doing the site-specific repair, at roughly a third of the total dose, which at the standard tier is a proper 500-plus mcg daily amount. See its own page for the full story.

Body-wide repair and movement (the TB-500 share)

Early days

TB-500 speeds tissue repair in animals by pulling repair cells to damage and growing new small blood vessels, and users report easier range of motion. Here it is dosed daily in small amounts rather than two big shots a week, which works because the effect is cumulative. Human trials exist only on its parent protein.

Inflammation in gut and skin (the KPV share)

Early days

KPV, the last three amino acids of alpha-MSH, lowers inflammatory signaling in animal models of colitis and skin inflammation and in cell work. It is the reason this blend suits hot, swollen injuries and flaring guts. No human trials.

The three together

Early days

No study, animal or human, has tested this combination. The rationale is that the three mechanisms barely overlap, so stacking them should cover more of the repair process than any one does, and the field reports are consistent with that. Treat the synergy as sensible and unproven.

Safety, in brief

Things people sometimes notice

  • A mild sting at the injection site
  • Feeling flat or tired in the first week or two, which is the TB-500
  • Looser stools or a gut shift in the first week as the BPC-157 and KPV take hold
  • A mild headache for a few hours after a shot
