Healing & RecoveryBlendsStack/BlendInjectable

Wolverine Max

The BPC-157 + TB-500 + KPV recovery blend with a double share of Cartalax, for worn, cranky joints rather than fresh tears.

What it is

Wolverine Max is for the joint that is not injured so much as worn: the knee that aches after stairs, the hip that is stiff every morning, the shoulder with a history. It carries the standard three-peptide recovery stack plus a cartilage-targeted bioregulator, in one daily shot.

Four peptides, four jobs. BPC-157 (12 mg of the 60) is the local repair signal for tendon, ligament and the tissue right around the joint, which is why you inject near the spot. TB-500 (12 mg) works body-wide on cell migration and flexibility, so the stiffness around the joint improves, not just the sore point. KPV (12 mg) holds inflammation down so the other two are not working against a swollen site. Cartalax (24 mg) is the new piece: a Khavinson three-amino-acid bioregulator aimed at cartilage and connective tissue cells. It gets the double share because it is the reason this version exists, not because anyone has shown more of it is better.

The timeline follows the components. KPV and BPC-157 usually show first, as less morning stiffness and less next-day flare within two to three weeks. TB-500's flexibility effect builds over the same window. The cartilage part is the slowest and least certain: cartilage has almost no blood supply and repairs over months if at all, so judge Cartalax by how the joint feels at eight weeks, not four. Good looks like doing the activity that used to set the joint off and paying less for it. It will not regrow cartilage you can see missing on an MRI, and it is not for a torn meniscus or ligament that needs a surgeon.

Dose it by the BPC-157 share. The standard 2.5 mg total gives 0.5 mg each of BPC-157, TB-500 and KPV, which are their normal daily cruise doses, plus 1 mg of Cartalax. That is 12.5 units on an insulin syringe after mixing with 3 ml, once a day, subQ as close to the joint as you comfortably can. The acute 5 mg rung doubles everything for a flared-up joint for a week or two, then drop back; there is no reason to chase the Cartalax effect with a higher dose, since 1 mg already sits well above the 100 to 300 mcg it is run at on its own. Solo Cartalax is also run in courses of about 20 days; this blend gives it daily for 4 to 8 weeks or longer, and there is no data on running it that long. A 60 mg vial is 24 standard doses, about three and a half weeks, so a 4 to 8 week run is one or two vials. None of the four is known to stop working with steady use, so do not stop mid-repair for a scheduled break; stop once the joint has settled. The usual mistake is the same as with BPC-157 alone: going too low to save money and concluding it did nothing.

The evidence is strong for the three recovery peptides in animals and absent in people, and thin for Cartalax. BPC-157 and TB-500 have decades of consistent rodent work on tendon, ligament and muscle repair; KPV calms inflammation convincingly in animal models; Cartalax has cell-culture and small Russian studies on cartilage cell activity from one research network. The combination has never been studied. In practice: the recovery stack is the part most likely to help, and the cartilage claim is the part you are taking on faith.

If the problem is a fresh tendon or muscle injury rather than a worn joint, Wolverine Plus is the same three peptides without the Cartalax, for less money per dose. If you want to test the cartilage idea properly, run Cartalax on its own at its normal microgram dose and keep the BPC-157 + TB-500 blend separate so you can tell what did what. If the gut is involved, the BPC-157 + KPV blend is the better fit. And if you have had cancer, skip every BPC-157 or TB-500 product, because both affect blood vessel growth and cell movement.

What people use it for

Tendon, ligament and muscle repair

Some evidence

BPC-157 and TB-500 have the deepest animal records in the recovery group: faster, stronger healing of cut tendons and ligaments, better muscle regeneration, more new blood vessels at the repair. Human evidence is small studies and experience. For the tissue around a worn joint, this is the dependable part of the blend.

Cartilage and connective tissue

Early days

Cartalax is reported to increase cartilage and fibroblast cell activity and reduce aging markers in cell cultures, with small Russian studies in people with joint conditions, all from the Khavinson institute. No independent replication and nothing in human joints by imaging. Treat it as an interesting add-on, not the reason to expect results.

Keeping the joint from staying inflamed

Early days

KPV lowers the main inflammatory messengers in animal models of gut and skin inflammation, and the same logic is applied to a swollen joint. Human data is thin. It is the component people feel first, as less heat and stiffness, and it is why every version of this blend keeps it.
