KLOW PRO
KLOW rebalanced for injuries: double the BPC-157 and TB-500 per dose, less copper. One vial for a tendon, a gut flare or post-surgery.
What it is
KLOW PRO is for the person with something actually injured (a tendon that has been sore for months, a post-op knee, a gut flare) who wants the Wolverine pair plus copper and KPV from one vial without mixing four powders. It is the same four peptides as KLOW with the ratio flipped toward repair: 20 mg BPC-157, 20 mg TB-500, 30 mg GHK-Cu, 10 mg KPV.
The user is someone with a specific thing to heal: an elbow or Achilles tendon that will not quiet down, a surgery to recover from, a joint that flares, or a gut that is inflamed alongside an injury. People who just want skin, hair and collagen are in the wrong aisle; standard KLOW (50 mg GHK-Cu) is built for that. PRO exists because at the same 2.5 mg daily dose it delivers twice the BPC and TB that KLOW does, which is where the repair evidence sits.
The copper and KPV side shows up first: less redness and ache at the sore spot in the first one to two weeks, and gut symptoms calming over the same window. The BPC and TB repair is slower: tendon and joint pain usually eases noticeably by weeks three to four, with range of motion and confidence in the joint improving over the full 12 to 16 week run. Good looks like loading the tendon without the next-day payback. It will not fix a full tear or a structural problem, and it will not hold if you go straight back to the thing that caused the injury.
2.5 mg of the blend once a day subQ as the standard, 4 mg for an acute injury or the first weeks after surgery, then taper to 2.5 mg. At 2.5 mg that is roughly 0.6 mg BPC-157, 0.6 mg TB-500, 0.9 mg GHK-Cu and 0.3 mg KPV, which puts BPC right at the 500 mcg cruise dose where it works. Inject near the injury if you can reach it; otherwise the belly is fine, the TB-500 and KPV are systemic anyway. Mix with the full 3 ml the vial holds, because concentrated copper stings, and expect the liquid to be blue. An 80 mg vial is 32 days at 2.5 mg or 20 days at 4 mg, so one vial covers about a month and a 12 to 16 week run takes three or four. Mixed peptide keeps about 3 to 4 weeks, so the last few doses of a vial at 2.5 mg run past that window; keep it cold and use it up promptly. Run it until the injury settles; nothing in the blend is known to stop working, so there is no reason to stop mid-repair for a scheduled break. The common mistakes are mixing with less water and getting a burning injection, and adding a separate BPC vial on top without realizing PRO already carries 20 mg.
BPC-157 and TB-500 have the deepest animal literature here (tendon, ligament, muscle and gut healing in rodents, consistently), GHK-Cu has some human wound and skin data, and KPV has cell and animal anti-inflammatory work. None are approved, and this specific 20/20/30/10 ratio has never been studied as a blend. So the pieces are reasonable and the recipe is a convenience, which is fine as long as you are honest that the outcome evidence in people is anecdotal.
If skin, hair and collagen are the goal, KLOW gives you the copper you want. If the skin and scar side does not matter, Wolverine Plus gives about the same BPC-157 and TB-500 a day with more KPV and no copper. If you only need the repair pair and want full control of each dose, BPC-157 + TB-500 as separate vials is cheaper and simpler. If nothing hurts and you want general recovery, this is more peptide than you need; BPC-157 alone at 500 mcg is the right start.
What people use it for
Tendons, ligaments, muscle and gut
Some evidenceBPC-157 and TB-500 carry the strongest animal evidence in the blend: faster tendon-to-bone healing, ligament repair, muscle recovery and gut-lining protection in rodent studies, repeated across many labs. In people the evidence is experience, consistent but uncontrolled. PRO doubles the dose of both versus KLOW, which is the point of the ratio.
Skin, wounds and collagen
Some evidenceGHK-Cu has human data for wound healing and skin remodeling, mostly topical, and raises collagen-related gene activity in cell and animal work. In PRO it is the supporting layer at 30 mg; if you want the skin effect, KLOW's 50 mg serves it better.
Calming inflammation
Early daysKPV, the tail end of a natural anti-inflammatory hormone, shuts down inflammatory signaling in cell and animal models of gut and skin inflammation. GHK-Cu adds to that. The early-week calming people notice tracks these two; the trial evidence in people is thin.
How people use it
Safety, in brief
Things people sometimes notice
- Blue liquid, from the copper
- A sting at the injection site, worse with less water
- Mild tiredness or a warm flush in the first week
- Some users report darker skin at repeated injection sites, which fades
