Staying safe

Things people sometimes notice

  • A mild sting at the injection site
  • Feeling flat or tired in the first week or two, which is the TB-500
  • Looser stools or a gut shift in the first week as the BPC-157 and KPV take hold
  • A mild headache for a few hours after a shot

Stop and get help if (trouble breathing or swelling: call 911)

  • A rash, hives or swelling of the face or lips
  • A new lump that is not at an injection site
  • Swelling or pain at the injury that gets worse week over week, which means something else is going on

Talk to your doctor first, especially if

  • You have cancer now or have had it. These peptides push growth and repair signals, so this is a hard stop, not a judgment call.
  • You take blood thinners, since BPC-157 and TB-500 both act on blood vessel repair
  • You are pregnant, nursing or trying to be; no data on any of the three
  • You have an autoimmune condition on immune-suppressing medicine, because KPV also acts on immune signaling

Mixing it

Here is the math for a 30 mg vial (10 mg each of BPC-157, TB-500 and KPV) mixed with 3 ml of bacteriostatic water. The 45 mg size is the same 1:1:1 split at 15 mg each; pick that size in the calculator.

Let the vial reach room temperature and wipe both vial tops with an alcohol swab.

Draw 3 ml of bacteriostatic water into the syringe.

Push the water in slowly against the side of the glass, not onto the powder.

Swirl gently until dissolved, do not shake.

Store it in the fridge. Once mixed it stays good for about 3 to 4 weeks.
