Staying safe
Things people sometimes notice
- Feeling flat or tired during the first week or two of loading
- A dull head pressure for a few hours after a shot
- A small bump or redness where you injected
- Nothing at all for the first two weeks, which is normal
Stop and get help if (trouble breathing or swelling: call 911)
- A rash, hives or swelling of the face or lips, which points to an allergy
- A new lump that is not at an injection site
- Chest discomfort or shortness of breath
Talk to your doctor first, especially if
- You have cancer now or have had it. These peptides push growth and repair signals, so this is a hard stop, not a judgment call.
- You have a heart or circulation condition, because it acts on blood vessel growth
- You are pregnant, nursing or trying to be; there is no safety data at all
- You take blood thinners, since it affects how blood vessels form and repair
Mixing it
