Staying safe

Things people sometimes notice

  • Nothing at all, which is common
  • Feeling more alert or wired for an hour after a morning dose
  • Mild headache in the first days
  • Vivid dreams

Stop and get help if (trouble breathing or swelling: call 911)

  • Any sharp swing in mood, agitation, or a feeling of being unlike yourself
  • Thoughts of self-harm: stop and get help right away
  • Hives, swelling or trouble breathing

Talk to your doctor first, especially if

  • You take an antidepressant, lithium, or any psychiatric medicine; nothing is known about combining them
  • You have bipolar disorder, a psychotic history, or a history of suicidal thinking; a fast-acting mood agent with no human safety data is not where to experiment
  • You are pregnant, nursing or trying to be; no data

Mixing it

Mix per your vial size and use the calculator. Because human dosing is not established, people who use it tend to start at the low end.

Bring the vial to room temperature and clean the top.

Add bacteriostatic water per your vial size.

Swirl gently until dissolved.

Given the unknowns, start low and watch closely.

Store in the fridge. Use within a few weeks once mixed.
