Neuroxelin
A brain blend with no ingredient list. Semax, Selank or the two together do the same jobs with a dose you can actually set.
What it is
Neuroxelin is sold for focus, mood and brain recovery, but no vendor we found lists what is in it or in what amounts. Read this as a buyer's guide: what you are told, why the missing ratio wrecks dosing, and the named peptides that do the same jobs with a known dose.
People find Neuroxelin on a vendor page promising sharper thinking, a calmer head and recovery after a stroke or head injury. What vendors say is in it is a description, not a formula: a 'neuroprotective' blend that calms overexcited nerve signaling at the NMDA receptor and quiets microglia, the brain's immune cells. No vendor we found names the peptides or the amounts. The microgram dosing and the pitch point to the Semax and Selank family, maybe with a bioregulator added, but that is our inference, not a label.
Because nobody knows the mix, nobody can tell you what you will feel. Mostly Semax would mean a same-day lift in focus and drive; mostly Selank, a calmer baseline within days; mostly a bioregulator, nothing. That is the dosing problem in one line: 500 mcg of the blend could be 250 mcg of each, or 450 of one and 50 of the other. You cannot aim for a known Semax dose, cannot turn one part down if it makes you wired, and cannot tell which part gave you the headache. A dose range for an unknown mix is a number without a meaning.
Vendors sell it at 250 to 1000 mcg subQ once a day for 8 to 12 weeks, from a 48 mg vial mixed with 3 ml, which makes each unit on the syringe 160 mcg; 500 mcg is about 3 units. The vial does not fit the run. It is 96 doses at 500 mcg, but once mixed it keeps 3 to 4 weeks, so an 8-week run takes two or three vials and uses about 28 mg of the 96 to 144 mg you paid for. The one case where it makes sense: you have already run this vendor's Neuroxelin, you liked how it felt, and you want one vial instead of two. Then keep the dose that worked, keep a short daily note on sleep, focus and mood, and never add Semax or Selank on top, since you would be doubling an amount nobody knows. If it is the Semax and Selank mix the dosing suggests, treat it like them: run it up to 8 weeks, not the vendor's 12, and expect the effect to fade with daily use; when it does, take 2 to 4 weeks off rather than raising the dose.
The evidence for Neuroxelin by name is zero animal, zero human: no study, no case series, no composition sheet. The claims on vendor pages (better outcomes after stroke, higher cognitive test scores, faster thinking, quieter brain inflammation) are borrowed from research on Semax, Selank and Cerebrolysin. That is not early evidence; it is unknown contents, which is worse.
Here is the comparison that matters. Semax: focus and drive, felt within the hour; 300 to 500 mcg once a day in the morning, as a nasal spray or a small shot; a 10 mg vial is about a month at 300 mcg. Selank: calmer and less anxious without sedation, felt the same day; 500 mcg once or twice a day, up to 1 mg; a 10 mg vial is about three weeks at 500 mcg once a day. The Selank + Semax blend: both effects in a stated half-and-half ratio; 1000 mcg total, about 500 mcg of each, once a day; a 20 mg vial is 20 days at that dose, or about a month at the 600 mcg gentle tier. All three are graded animal 3, human 2. Neuroxelin: unknown effect, unknown ratio, and two or three vials for an 8-week run with most of each thrown away. For recovery after a stroke or head injury, the named option is Cerebrolysin inside a neurologist's plan.
What people use it for
Recovery after a stroke or head injury
Early daysVendors claim better recovery after a stroke or brain injury. We found no study of Neuroxelin; the claim copies the Cerebrolysin and Semax literature. For a real brain injury, a named product inside a neurologist's rehab plan is the honest route.
Focus and thinking speed
Early daysClaims of higher test scores and faster thinking have no source for this product. If the blend is Semax-based, a same-day focus lift is plausible, because Semax does that. Semax on its own gives you the same effect with a dose you can set.
Calm and brain inflammation
Early daysThe stated mechanism, calmer NMDA signaling and quieter microglia, describes what several nootropic peptides do in animal studies. With no formula published, nobody can say which of those, if any, is in this vial. For the calm side, Selank is the named peptide.
How people use it
Safety, in brief
Things people sometimes notice
- Redness or a small bump where you inject
- Whatever the real ingredients cause: a Semax-type mix can make you wired or give a headache; a Selank-type mix can make you flat or sleepy
- Nothing at all, if it is a bioregulator or underdosed
