MitoStack (SS-31 + MOTS-c) dosage and reconstitution
SS-31 and MOTS-c in one vial: the mitochondrial oil change plus the gas pedal. Subtle energy and endurance over weeks, not a stimulant.
Staying safe
Things people sometimes notice
- Redness or itching where you inject, gone in a day
- A headache or flushing in the first few days
- Feeling slightly wired, or slightly flat, in week one while your body adjusts
- Lower blood sugar readings if you check; MOTS-c improves insulin sensitivity
Stop and get help if (trouble breathing or swelling: call 911)
- Hives, swelling of the face or lips, or trouble breathing
- Palpitations, chest pain, or dizziness on standing
- Shakiness, sweating, or confusion that eating fixes, especially if you take diabetes medicines; that is a low
Talk to your doctor first, especially if
- You have a diagnosed mitochondrial disease, heart failure, or kidney disease; SS-31 is studied in exactly those patients, under supervision, and you should be too
- You take insulin or a sulfonylurea; MOTS-c can drop glucose and those doses may need adjusting
- You are pregnant, nursing, or trying to conceive
Mixing it
One vial, two peptides, mixed once. Here is the math for a 50 mg vial mixed with 2.5 ml of bacteriostatic water: 20 mg/ml total, so 10 units holds 1 mg SS-31 plus 1 mg MOTS-c. A 4 mg standard dose is a 20-unit draw.
Let the vial reach room temperature and wipe both tops with an alcohol swab.
Add 2.5 ml of bacteriostatic water slowly against the glass. Swirl, do not shake.
Draw on a U-100 insulin syringe: 10 units = 2 mg total, 20 units = 4 mg, 30 units = 6 mg.
Store in the fridge and use within about 4 weeks once mixed.
SS-31 is light-sensitive; keep the vial in its box.
