GHK-Cu + BPC-157 Blend

GHK-Cu and BPC-157 in one shot, 4 to 1, for skin, hair and a nagging tendon at the same time. The copper is why you keep the dose modest.

What it is

This is the vial for someone who wants better skin and hair and has a sore elbow or a touchy gut, and would rather do one small daily shot than two. GHK-Cu brings the collagen and skin remodeling, BPC-157 brings the tendon and gut repair, and the 4-to-1 ratio matches what each does well at its own normal dose.

Who actually buys it: people in their late thirties and up who notice skin losing its bounce and hair thinning while they also nurse a chronic tendon or a sensitive stomach. Also people already running GHK-Cu for skin who want a BPC layer without a second vial. It is not the vial for a serious acute injury; the copper puts a ceiling on how hard you can push, and for that job the BPC-157 + TB-500 stack is built to go high.

What you will notice, and when: the BPC half tends to show first, with the sore spot or the gut calming down in the first one to two weeks. The GHK half is slower. Skin feels a little plumper and recovers from a bad night faster by week three or four; hair shedding changes, if it does, by week six to eight; collagen-level change is a two-to-three-month story. Good at the end of an eight-week run looks like a tendon you can train again and skin that friends comment on without knowing why. It will not fill deep wrinkles or regrow a hairline.

How people run it: 2 mg GHK-Cu with 500 mcg BPC-157 once a day, subQ in belly fat, for 8 to 16 weeks, or as long as you need it. There is no set break: neither peptide is known to stop working with steady use, and the copper in this dose is far below the daily upper limit for copper, so a few weeks between separate runs is caution, not a requirement. Expect the shot to sting more than most peptides; that is the copper, and a blue tint in the vial is normal. The first mistake is injecting it right into a sore joint thinking GHK is local; it is systemic, so belly fat is fine. The second is forgetting the ratio when reading the dose: a 10 mg vial at the standard tier is only four days, so an 8 to 16 week run is 14 to 28 vials of the 10 mg size, or 7 to 14 of the 20 mg. Price that before you start.

The evidence, once: GHK-Cu has decades of research and real human skin data, nearly all from topical use, plus a long list of gene-expression studies on collagen, elastin and antioxidant pathways. BPC-157 has strong, repeated animal data for tendon, ligament and gut, and almost nothing in people. The combination has never been studied. So you are borrowing from two separate bodies of evidence, and the blend's value is a reasoned guess, not a measured result.

When it is not worth it: if your only goal is a tendon, plain BPC-157 is cheaper and lets you dose higher; if it is a hot, multi-site injury, use BPC-157 + TB-500; if it is purely skin, topical GHK-Cu costs less and has the actual human data. Next to GLOW, this vial's reason to exist is a full 500 mcg BPC-157 cruise dose alongside the copper, where GLOW's BPC-157 is a trickle. Who should skip it: anyone stacking other copper sources, and anyone with current or past cancer, since both halves promote new blood vessel growth.

What people use it for

Skin firmness, wrinkles and wound healing

Some evidence

GHK-Cu has real human data for skin: controlled studies of topical creams showed firmer, thicker skin and fewer fine lines over 12 weeks, and it has a long record in wound-care research. The catch for this blend is that almost all of that was applied to the skin, not injected. Injected GHK is assumed to reach the skin systemically; that assumption has not been tested.

Hair thickness and shedding

Early days

GHK-Cu stimulates follicle growth and lengthens the growth phase in lab and animal work, which is why it is in so many hair serums. There is no trial of injected GHK-Cu for hair. People who report less shedding on the blend usually also changed something else, so hold the claim loosely.

Tendons, joints and gut

Some evidence

BPC-157 speeds tendon-to-bone healing, ligament repair and gut-lining recovery in rodents, over and over. Human data is case reports and clinic experience. At 500 mcg a day the blend gives you a full BPC cruise dose, so expect what BPC alone delivers for a chronic sore spot, and no more.

Both in one vial

Early days

No study has tested GHK-Cu and BPC-157 together. The logic is that they work on different tissue through different switches (gene expression for collagen versus angiogenesis and growth-factor signaling) and have no known conflict. That is reasoning, not evidence, and the 4-to-1 ratio is a vendor convention built from each peptide's usual dose.

Safety, in brief

Things people sometimes notice

  • A sharper sting than most peptides and a small sore spot, from the copper
  • A faint blue-green mark at the injection site that fades in a day or two
  • A blue tint to the mixed vial, which is normal
