Staying safe
Things people sometimes notice
- A small red spot at the injection site
- Sleep shifting in the first week, usually deeper, occasionally more vivid dreams
- Feeling a little more alert in the first days, which is why people dose it in the morning
Stop and get help if (trouble breathing or swelling: call 911)
- Hives, swelling of the face or lips, or trouble breathing
- Sleep getting clearly worse rather than better after the first week
- A headache that builds over days rather than passing
Talk to your doctor first, especially if
- You have epilepsy or take seizure medicine; the brain bioregulators act on neuron excitability and nothing has been studied alongside anticonvulsants
- You are being treated for dementia, Parkinson's or another neurological condition; Pinealon is an add-on at most and your neurologist should know
- You take sleep medicines or sedating antidepressants, since the sleep effect can add to them
- You are pregnant, nursing or trying to be; no data
Mixing it
Here is the math for a 10 mg vial mixed with 1 ml of bacteriostatic water, taking a 1 mg dose.
Bring the vial to room temperature and clean the top.
Add 1 ml of bacteriostatic water slowly.
Swirl gently until dissolved.
Inject subcutaneously (subQ) once a day through the cycle.
Store in the fridge. Use within the cycle, then take a break.
