IGF-1 LR3 dosage and reconstitution
The growth signal itself, long-acting, for lifters who already train and eat hard. Potent: small doses, 30-day runs, food nearby.
Staying safe
Things people sometimes notice
- Shakiness, sweating or sudden hunger an hour or two after a shot, which means eat
- A sore spot where you inject
- Fuller, tighter muscles and a strong pump
- A bigger appetite
Stop and get help if (trouble breathing or swelling: call 911)
- Low blood sugar that does not lift with food, or confusion, faintness or slurred speech
- Rash, swelling of the face or lips, or trouble breathing (an allergic reaction)
- Any new lump, swelling or growth anywhere
Talk to your doctor first, especially if
- You have cancer now or have had it. These peptides push growth and repair signals, so this is a hard stop, not a judgment call.
- You have diabetes or take insulin or other blood-sugar medicines; the hypoglycemia stacks
- You have diabetic eye disease, since IGF-1 can worsen it
- You get worsening jaw, hand or joint changes on a run, which means stop and get checked
Mixing it
Here is the math for a 1 mg vial mixed with 3 ml of bacteriostatic water, taking a 30 mcg dose. Note: some people use a specific reconstitution solution for IGF; follow your product guidance.
Bring the vial to room temperature and clean the top.
Add 3 ml of solution slowly down the side.
Swirl very gently, do not shake.
Have a snack available, since it can lower blood sugar.
Store in the fridge. Use within a few weeks once mixed.
