BPC-157 Oral (tablets) dosage and reconstitution
BPC-157 as a 500 mcg tablet you swallow. The right form for a touchy gut and the wrong one for a sore tendon.
Taken by mouth.
There is no sign it stops working with daily use, so keep going while the gut is still improving. People with a long-running gut problem often stay on it for months; stopping now and then shows whether the calm holds, but the peptide does not need the break.
Staying safe
Things people sometimes notice
- A few days of looser or firmer stools while your gut adjusts
- Feeling a little tired in the first week of a cycle
- A small shift in appetite either direction
Stop and get help if (trouble breathing or swelling: call 911)
- Hives, swelling of the lips or face, or trouble breathing
- Gut pain, bleeding or diarrhea that keeps getting worse instead of better
- Black or tarry stools, which is a bleeding sign and not something a tablet treats
Talk to your doctor first, especially if
- You have cancer now or have had it. These peptides push growth and repair signals, so this is a hard stop, not a judgment call.
- You have Crohn's, ulcerative colitis or an ulcer under active treatment; the tablet is an add-on at most, and your prescriber should know
- You take blood thinners, since BPC-157 affects blood-vessel signaling and nobody has studied the combination
- You are pregnant, nursing or trying to be; it has not been studied for this
Mixing it
There is nothing to mix. Each tablet is 500 mcg; swallow it with water, ideally 30 minutes before a meal. A bottle of 100 is 100 days at one a day or 50 days at two.
Take one tablet with a glass of water on an empty stomach.
For the higher dose, take a second tablet with the first or at the other end of the day.
Keep the bottle closed, cool and dry; no fridge needed unless the label says so.
Run it 4 to 8 weeks, longer while the gut is still improving; there is no set break.
If the goal is a tendon or joint, see the injectable BPC-157 record.
